27th Annual Lights On Celebration

The Hollister Downtown Association invites you to attend its 27th Annual Lights On Celebration on Saturday, November 25, 2017 in downtown Hollister. This wonderful family-friendly community event brings up to 10,000 people to downtown. This year’s parade, presented by PG&E, is themed “Winter Wonderland” and will be led by Jaime the Elf. The celebration kicks off with a car display, featuring the Central Coast Muscle Cars and Classics, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Seventh Street, Decorate-A-Tree contest judging at 11:00am at Veterans’ Hall, food vendors on the corner of Seventh and San Benito Streets from 3:00-7:30pm, live entertainment begins at 4:00pm and the parade steps off promptly at 5:30pm along San Benito Street. As always, attendance and parking are free. Pictures with Santa will immediately follow the parade in the portico area of Veterans’ Hall. A parade and float workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at City Hall located at 375 Fifth Street.
