Cooking with Fish! Cooking demonstration Workshop with Mike Fisher

Learn Mike Fisher's favorite cooking techniques from around the world! The Arts Council is excited to present Cooking with Fish! their newest culinary art series with local chef extraordinaire, Mike Fisher, of Fisher's Restaurant. This month's cooking demonstration class will be themed "Happy to be Vegan" featuring Late Harvest Vegetable Gazapacho, Fisher’s Signature Hummus & Charred Cauliflower. The class will take place at Fisher's Restaurant in downtown Hollister. During this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to see Mike prepare various dishes, to share and take notes on his prized recipes and to sample small plates. The 45 min. cooking demonstration will be followed by a Q&A with the chef, as well as mingling with fellow food enthusiasts. Local wines, craft beer and fountain drinks will be available for purchase. Register today!
