The District Engineer under general/administrative direction, plans, organizes, manages, directs, and supervises the engineering operations, the operations and maintenance, and water conservation functions of the District. This position reports to the General Manager. Possession of a valid and current certificate of registration as a Civil Engineer issued by the State of California.
