Business Transaction Attorney (5+ years of experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to become part of a dynamic team serving businesses, landowners, and individuals throughout the region. Ideal candidates will have five plus years of business transactional experience handling a broad range of business, corporate and real estate transactions. This includes general contract negotiations and drafting, entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate purchases, sales and leases. Intellectual property and trademark experience is a plus but not a requirement. A successful candidate will be well organized, team-oriented and demonstrate an ability to handle multiple responsibilities and a robust caseload. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical skills, excellent client communication skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
